Omggg I'm in my journey too except my damage and yes it's real damage Ive been brushing out my hair for more than a decade so I'm also rebuilding my curl bonds so yea and before my hair looked like yours in the second photo and is where I'm at rn in the first photo but I has a lot more damage it's a rly long story but basically I would rub my hair dry sleep with it soaking idk y I did ok and i would use a clarifying shampoo all the time sooo yea basically my hair is stripped of every drop of moisture so I'm in for a 5 yr journey but it sucks it takes so long cuz ppl think my hair is 2b but it's 3a just in a healing process but also my hair is like rly long so it's weighed down yea I love ur hair and wish best in ur journeyyyy ❤️❤️
